Dhaka life is so much different than village life?! there are about 9 MILLION plus people here! so it's a little busier in the streets! We are staying in the nicest place EVER! we are so blessed. it's a house owned by a missionary couple, one is from Maui, and the guy is from HONOLULU!? how crazy is that?! they just got this house and we are the first team to be staying here. We have real toilets too! Ministry wise the team is split into to groups. One group goes to Dhaka university. Then my group does mercy ministry in a slum. We love it. 2 days we help with a doctor form New Zealand doing check ups in the slum. then the other days we are working in both a day care, and a "library". we help kids read, and practice speaking english, and we teach them songs and tell them bible stories! the kids are amazing! we take a hour and a half bus ride there and back. and we pray hard core each time we get one! driving here is unexplainable?! but it makes for some good stories! and we meet a ton of interesting people too! yesterday we went to an international church and we had ENGLISH worship and ENGLISH sermon!? and talked english to people there! it was so crazy?!? but we're all doing good here, we have 5 more day of ministry and we leave here Feb. 1st and then we're in Thailand for a day and a half, then back to Hawaii!! so crazy! thank you for all your prayers!

ahhhhh. i know exactly where your talking about! take lots of pics for me in the daycare and library i wanna see how big the kids are!
