Swadeka=hello

we've been staying pretty busy this week. So it's nice to have today, Saturday off. My group of 7 including me has been working with 2 long termers here at their English class. we're throwing a Christmas party on Monday, and telling them the true meaning of it, so if you remember you can pray for the students that they'll be interested in what we're saying and that it would open doors for the Gospel! But the other group has been working with a church, going to Universities and inviting them to their Christmas party that was on Thursday. At the party 12 PEOPLE GOT SAVED!~!! so awesome! and we've been hanging out with 2 of the guys that got saved! it's so crazy!!! the MaiSot group leaves tomorrow and they don't get back until Thursday. They're working with a Burma refuge village. It's really poor and the people they're going with have been working with 3 of the schools up there. 2 of them are christian but one of them is total Buddhist and this is the first time they'll be doing Christmas with them! they're bringing up Presents and then they're gonna do a Christmas program! i can't wait to hear the stories.
2 of our boys got connected with some people and they joined a basketball team. They're in a tournament right now! but the games are spread out. They've had 3 games so far. they have one tonight too! but it's so cool, they're the only white players. It's funny to watch them out there because only one guy on their team speaks english. but they're making friends on the team.
We started decorating WonGen last night (i uploaded pictures). Caitline and i strung popcorn all night! we made paper chains, snowflakes, and decorated the small tree they had! "it's beginning to look alot like christmas!
